OUr Claim
LernMore is the first AI-enabled platform of its kind for the real estate industry.
Our Service
LernMore serves as an educational guide, providing informative contextual examples for clauses in real estate documents without offering legal advice or negotiation strategies. LernMore empowers you with clause explanation to help informed decision-making.
The problem
The root problem in the real estate industry has been the complex legal terminology embedded in contracts, posing potential risk and liability. LernMore acts as a translator to simplify legal language into comprehensible terms with contextual understanding of the clauses within. What sets LernMore apart is its multifaceted approach, incorporating AI-enabled language translation and AI-enabled video display, presented in layman’s terms and an elementary perspective.
our solution
LernMore was developed as a platform to serve multiple functions: language translation, contextual understanding, compliance and regulation support, communication and education. The pilot launch embodies the Texas real estate market and includes more than 50 contracts, forms and addenda created by Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Texas REALTORS®. LernMore is not intended to replace legal guidance, but rather serves as a learning platform, empowering people to understand what they are signing and fostering better communication between all parties. LernMore launches with English, Spanish and Chinese translations.
